  2. Please advise of ongoing monthly fees as well as special assessments? Photos? Location in park? Also info/restrictions on renting out as investment property? Thank you!

      Park rules prohibit any renting or sub-leasing of any unit in the park. All guests must be registered at the office.

    2. Can not be used as an investment property. You can’t rent it out. Sorry but it keeps it a neighbourhood and a community.
