update on oil spill in the gulf

The beaches of Sanibel have seen no effects of the oil spill in the gulf. Nothing has shown up in the waters and there have been no foul odors. The waters remain clean and safe.
Folks have been enjoying the beautiful sunshine and the fishing couldn't be any better. Large schools of tarpon are just off the coast, as well as spanish mackerel. And the redfish, snook & trout have been providing lots of action in the back bays.
