Dear Nancy (I assume you're the one maintaining this site!) - I'm the Canadian 'wanna be' Periwinkle Park owner - we traded e-mails a couple of months back. You may want to let your Canadian residents know that RBC Bank (Canadian owned) - there's a branch on San Carlos Blvd - offers a wonderful service for Canadian snowbirds. You can open an account in US $ at the Bank in the States and very easily move money around online between your Royal Bank accounts in Canada and the RBC Bank account in the States. It's worth checking out.
