Glad to see you've made it to the new site. Here are a few basics to what you'll find.
Check out the sidebar (the area to the left of this page). Moving from top to bottom, you'll first see our contact info. If you have any questions regarding this new site, this is the email address to use. Also, any pictures, stories, upcoming events or general interest notes you'd like to see on this site you can send to this email.
Next you'll see the weather sticker. This is up-to-date weather for Sanibel.
Then there's the most recent entries, followed by the most recent comments.
After that, you'll see links to our friends. This list will grow as we add to it.
Next you see the search button. Use this feature to search this site.
Then there's the SUBSCRIBE button. If you fill in your email and hit subscribe, you'll get a notice each time a new story is listed on the site. This is the easiest way to stay current with the stories.
Then you'll see the categories archives. And finally followed by a calendar.
How do I post a comment? Very easily! First thing you do is to click on Add Comment. Then just fill in the rest. You don't even have to use your real name. You can make up something funny or clever. And that's it.
Be sure to check back often for updated stories and information. We will include stories about island life in Periwinkle Park and on Sanibel. At home with the kids and thought I would check this out. I kind of like it. I was torn about sending this out to all our residents becuase we only use our mass e-mail for rents alerts, water problems, and other park stuff, but in looking at this I see that you have dispalyed our park very well.

Just wanted to say Hi to my friends at Periwinkle. It's almost time for us to hook up the Saturn and travel down. It is nasty here in DC. Snow and yuk. We plan to persevere until after Christmas and then we're heading your way. My site is saved for me - right across from the trash dump. But perfect for seeing all the discards and getting first dibs on anything interesting. Keep our places warm on the deck. We are interested in possible buying a home in the park. Are there monthly fees you must pay after you buy the home? If so how much are they? Thanks for any info. you can give me.
