oh, how yummy ~~ Went to a friend's house for a lovely evening and we took our signature dish **Grilled Pineapple** It is a secret recipe, tweaked to perfection right here in SouthWest Florida. Fresh pineapple soaked in rum, lightly seasoned with spice of the islands then grilled till caramelized. How wonderful it is!!!
And... it doesn't just have to be dessert. It could be the main dish!
