no increase on lot rent

---------------------------------------------------
Dear Park Residents,
Due to the economy we want you to know that we will not be raising park rents this year. To save the park some money we will not be trimming back trees this summer like we always do. If you have any questions or concerns please call the office.

Thank you,
Dick, Jerry and David

speed limit and speed bumps

-------------------------------------------------
Dear park residents,
Some of you may have already noticed that we put a man made speed bump at the back gate entrance. We wanted you to be aware of it because it is made of dirt and blends in. We had to do this because many people have been driving very fast in the park. In the future there may be more of them going up in the park. We ask that you be aware that the speed limit is 7 1/2 mph.

Thank you,
Park Office
